Amazin’ Mets Foundation Coach Development 2026 Program Session #1

The Amazin' Mets Foundation is excited to offer a unique Coach Development Program for local youth teams and programs. In collaboration with the Center for Healing and Justice through Sport (CHJS), this program provides coaches with high-quality learning materials and practice plans that will prepare them to face the complex and rewarding position of being a youth coach. By addressing both the mental and physical aspects of managing practices and developing young athletes, this series of trainings will build skills and confidence for baseball and softball coaches regardless of experience level.

• Free admission to July 9 Mets game.
• Exclusive on-field training from Mets coaching staff (Session 1 only)
• $50 Visa gift card for completing the assessment survey at the end of each session. (Up to three (3) gift cards total)
• Complimentary food at each session
• Two (2) tickets for select home Mets games for attending Sessions two (2) and three (3). (Total of four (4) tickets)
• Special guest appearances by Mets Baseball Operations Executives. (Sessions 2 and 3)

This a three part-series with trainings offered throughout the baseball season. We ask that you register for all three trainings separately.

All sessions will be held at Citi Field, 41 Seaver Way, Flushing, NY 11368.

• Session #1: Thursday, July 9. Immediately after the end of the Mets game

  • When: Thursday, September 10. 6PM-8PM
